A. Pricing for the Fast Sales Training Center online courses – individual and plans – are described on our website (https://ecarsalestraining.com)
B. Depending on the processing method, Fast Sales Training Center may charge transaction fees. You agree to pay all fees and charges that are made to Your account and that You are solely responsible for payment of these fees and charges.
C. Our plans are automatically charged every month via the user’s PayPal account. Unless You cancel directly through Your Fast Sales Training Center account AND ALSO directly through Your PayPal account (only the user can do that) prior to the start of the billing period, Your plan will be charged upon the anniversary of its billing period. You agree that Fast Sales Training Center may charge any recurring service to your PayPal account that you provide.
D. Should You not authorize payment or are otherwise not current on Your payments for Fast Sales Training Center Services, Fast Sales Training Center may restrict Your Account, Online Courses, and Platform access until Your account becomes current and paid in full.
E. Fast Sales Training Center reserves the right to pursue fees owed using collection methods which may include charging other payment methods on file with Fast Sales Training Center and/or retaining collection agencies or legal counsel.
F. Fast Sales Training Center reserves the right to offer custom plans and pricing in addition to what is offered on the pricing page. Custom plans may also include custom billing and payment terms, including billing periods and renewals, that are different from our standard terms.
14. Refund Policy
1. In general, all students purchasing any of our online courses (individual or plans) are NOT ENTITLED to a refund.
2. Fast Sales Training Center reserves the right to provide a refund to any student at any time in Fast Sales Training Center’s sole discretion.
3. Any requests for a refund will be ultimately determined in Fast Sales Training Center’s sole discretion
15. Cancellation and Deletion
A. Cancellation
1. If You cancel a monthly-paid plan, the cancellation will become effective at the time of the cancellation. When You cancel your plan, Your account will remain active for future purchases.
2. In order NOT to be charged after you cancel your Fast Sales Training Center plan, you MUST log in to your PayPal account and cancel and its platform your recurrent monthly payment set for Fast Sales Training Center.
3. Fast Sales Training Center IS NOT responsible and CANNOT cancel your payment plan set in YOUR PayPal account. It is YOUR COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY to cancel with YOUR PayPal account.
4. Fast Sales Training Center shall not be liable to any party in any way for charges that occur after account cancellation and lack of Student NOT canceling the charges in their PayPal account.
B. Deletion
1. You may delete Your account at any time
2. Accounts will remain active for FREE even after plans are canceled or single courses are finished/ended/expired unless You explicitly ask us to delete Your account.
3. If Your account is deleted (regardless of the reason), Your Content may no longer be available. Fast Sales Training Center is not responsible for the loss of such content upon deletion
C. Effect of Cancelation/Deletion
1. Should an account be canceled or deleted, the Student may no longer have access to Fast Sales Training Center Content and Content may be irrecoverable. Fast Sales Training Center shall not be liable to any party in any way for the inability to access Content arising from any cancelation or deletion, including any claims of interference with business or contractual relations
16. Governing Law.
